This assignment is based on a clinical practice scenario for students to work from to ‘mimic’ the five steps of the evidence based practice (EBP) process. The task will illustrate how clinical practice guideline (CPGs) and Clinical guidelines are used in real life professional settings. The interdisciplinary scenario presents a clinical situation and requires students to separate relevant from irrelevant information to arrive at best practice guidelines.
