- The statement “Vision drives, not follows a great work” What does this mean?
- As nurses we sometimes loose site of the vision. We may see our patients as broken, troublesome, addicts, and as student nurses – a procedure (an IV stick, F/C insertion etc.). How do you get the vision or get the vision back and see things and people as they could be, or should be, or want to be?
- How does time management relate to vision?
- Jesus, the greatest leader of all time, simply stated, “Come follow me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19) and the disciples got up and followed him. How do you, the new grad nurse, say to your patient who is in pain, “Come get up and follow me, I’ll help you recover so you can go home” and then have them get up and follow you?
