Putting it all together
Objectives:
By the end of this week you will be prepared to make a proposal to transform an organization to one that is more strategic, using the outside in approach. In addition you will include metrics to evaluate the success of the HR function and display a time line for the implementation of the transformation plan.

- a) Select three metrics that you will use in your final paper to measure the effectiveness of the HR programs at the end of the transformation you will design.
