Who is the competition? How close are these other organizations? Are there any overlapping services? You did include mention of serving a large about of the immigrant population. What is the population that is actually served? Are there any other external factors that affect this organization? The internal analysis might look at employees. For example, are there any staffing issues? This area might also look at the physical plant – are any changes or upgrades needed? Do people have any issues with accessing the facility due to transportation needs or lack of parking?
