Peer-reviewed articles are authored by experts and are fact-checked, edited, and given feedback before the approval for publishing. The identification and analysis of peer-reviewed research involved the examination of the publication of the article. A search in the Walden library guaranteed quick access to credible sources. Another strategy involved a search in the EBSCO database which provided the details of the journal regarding peer-reviewing. The Walden library provides multiple peer-reviewed resources essential in research related to my field of study. The database harbors expertise for information literacy skills and promotes a culture of academic excellence through the repository of credible sources and therefore, I would use the resource for my future tasks. Moreover, the EBSCO database contains multiple peer-reviewed research sources that are easily accessed online (Soykan & Uzunboylu, 2015). With its strong coverage in healthcare, medicine and nursing, it will be a relevant resource for my future searches.
