Apply techniques to plan and use time effectively in an examination.
For this section you need to include:
1. How you planned and chose to answer questions logically and effectively. Did you plan your answers prior to the exam? Did you plan your answers during the exam e.g. with a spider diagram? State how planning helps you to answer questions. Refer to the exam paper, your evidence. Comment on the effectiveness e.g. did it help? What score did you achieve?
2. Evidence of how you completed the required number of questions within the time e.g. in the form of exam papers, grades awarded, feedback given and so on. Did you complete the required number of questions within the time? If not, why not? How did you consider meeting time limits in exams e.g. did you practice before the exam? What would you do differently next time? Give evidence e.g. refer to the completed exam and comment on the grade.
3. An evaluation of your examination technique and performance e.g. what went well, what didn’t go so well and what you would do differently next time and why?
4. A detailed action plan for improvement (SMART).
