Nursing Care, Health Conditions and Patient Satisfaction: Concept Analyses
The purpose of this paper is to report, clarify and analyze patient satisfaction with the nursing care that they have received and the factors that affect their satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is viewed as one of the most important factors to determine quality of care. This concept analysis aims to determine how the satisfaction of patients with serious conditions differs from the satisfaction of patients that are not seriously ill.
